- Collect and analyze Portland’s households electricity and natural gas consumption data
- Identify pilot programs to increase energy efficiency and conservation for the Cully neighborhood
- Lead community outreach and public engagement events to promote energy efficiency, and disaster resilience in under-served communities, and governmental and non-profit organizations
